1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Averiq Advisory Consultancy, a business consultancy firm operating in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Services

Averiq Advisory Consultancy provides the following professional services:

• Business setup and company formation in UAE (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Trade license acquisition (Commercial, Professional, Industrial)
• UAE Residency Visa and Golden Visa processing
• Business bank account assistance
• VAT registration and Corporate Tax compliance
• PRO services and document attestation
• Company liquidation and compliance services

The scope, timeline, and fees for each service will be agreed upon in writing between the Company and the Client prior to commencement.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for your service.
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner to avoid processing delays.
• Ensure all documents provided are genuine and legally valid.
• Pay all agreed fees and government charges promptly as per the payment schedule.
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances that may affect the service.
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations throughout the process.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees for our services will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work commences. Our fees are separate from and in addition to any government fees, authority charges, or third-party costs required to complete your service.

• A non-refundable consultation fee or deposit may be required upon engagement.
• Government and authority fees are subject to change without prior notice and are not within our control.
• All payments are to be made in the agreed currency as stated in your service agreement.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of government processing and third-party authority fees, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Government and authority fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted.
• Our professional service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If we are unable to commence work due to reasons within our control, a full refund of our service fees will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aaconsultancy.in.

6. Processing Timelines

All timelines provided for service completion are estimates only and are subject to the processing speed of UAE government authorities, free zone authorities, and banking institutions. Averiq Advisory Consultancy shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Government authority processing backlogs or policy changes.
• Incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.
• Public holidays or force majeure events.
• Changes in UAE regulations or authority requirements.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except where required by law or as necessary to deliver your service (e.g., submission to government authorities). This obligation of confidentiality continues after the termination of our engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Averiq Advisory Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of applications by government or regulatory authorities.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from our services.
• Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Changes in UAE laws, regulations, or authority policies that affect your business setup.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for that specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Averiq Advisory Consultancy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates UAE laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through our website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our website.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Amendments
